Pancakes RAK

Aunty Jackie and Uncle Sam in KL are rocking on our RAK projects. This past weekend they made pancakes for their neighbor. It looked delicious. I think breakfast  surprises are the best kind because it starts your day off brightly.

Today’s Random Act of Kindness was for Uncle Rao our wonderful neighbour. Pancakes for breakfast. We love a recipe from Jamie Oliver which uses grated fruit and for a splash of decadence I added melted butter and some cinnamon powder. We hope it brought some joy to him.
